Hence, the student fair badly at the competition. Considering his work experience, we provided another chance gave him duration of 6 months to improve his performance at work, but there were no improvement observed. Mr. Lloyd C. Fuller,
Recruitment Head,
Excel College of Management,

Albuquerque, NM 87114.

Dear Mr. Fuller,

I am Lamont G. Matz, Dean of St. John College of Management. I am writing this letter to inform you that do not recommend Ken Barber for any post in your college. Ken worked with our college as a Marketing Professor from July 23, 2010 to April 25, 2011. He was fired from his job due to unprofessional behavior and unethical use of college funds.

Ken had several years of work experience in the marketing field. Hence, we considered that his practical experience in the marketing field will help him to guide the students. At St. John College of Management, we believe in having lots of case studies, so that the students are thorough about their concepts. But Ken could teach in the case study pattern. We provided training and sufficient time for him to improve his teaching ability. But there was no improvement observed.

During the intercollegiate competition we had assigned certain stipulated fund to the marketing student's team, who worked under Ken's guidance. During the yearly audits it was found that Ken had misused the fund assigned for intercollegiate competition. This behavior was totally unacceptable. Hence, we asked him to resign from work. I hope that you consider my request and do not recruit Ken as marketing professor in your college. Thank you for your consideration and the time you spent to go through this letter. I have enclosed copy of his resignation letter and warning letters assigned to him.

Sincerely,
