Dear Mr. Leveille,

I regret to inform you that I cannot accept your offer for the post of a Public Relations Officer. As I mentioned in my interview, I would not be able to relocate to a new place and I have a decent offer at hand in my home town.

I appreciate your and your staff's time and efforts for meeting me. The staff had been very friendly and this is something I would miss, working in any set up.

I am also grateful for your offer and was thinking of taking it at one point as I was convinced of the high standard work culture and the people your organization recruits. Unfortunately things did not work. I had always though very highly of your organization and after meeting you, the respect I had for the company had only increased two folds. I hope our paths cross in the near future as it would be an honor to be part of your organization.

I thank you once again for your time and your consideration.

Sincerely yours,

Aaron M. Magallon.
