Mr. Thomas B. Allen,
Hr Head,
St. Peter Hospital,
66 Bird Street,
Buffalo, OK 73834.

Dear Mr. Allen,

This is to inform you that Mr. Steven Robert was an employee of Wilson Clinical Care as nursing assistant from September 5, 2003 to February 29, 2004. His responsibilities included cleaning, sterilizing, storing, preparing and issuing dressing packs, treatment trays and other supplies. He was also responsible for grooming, maintaining oral hygiene, bathing, hair care of the patients and preparing the patients for examinations and treatments. During his tenure with us, Steven did not prove to be an ideal employee and caretaker.

He did not understand the important of hygiene needed during any medical procedure. Although he was trained about the sterilization procedures, he made multiple errors during the sterilization process, which is not acceptable. He was warned on several occasions, but no improvement was observed. He resisted any improvement in his work and did not pay attention to constructive criticism provided to him. Steven's irresponsible behavior at work was intolerable, hence, he was asked to resign from work. Even though he completed the work assigned to him on time, it was never completed using proper procedures.

Please do not recruit, Steven Robert for job in your organization as he is undisciplined and cannot follow simple instructions. I would like to thank you for your time.

Regards,

Juan P. Steinmetz,
Head of Nursing,
Wilson Clinical Care.

Mr. Ken E. Robinson,
HR Manager,
St. Cathedral Hospital,
85 Horseshoe Lane,
Los Angeles, CA 90017.

Dear Mr. Robinson,

I am writing this letter to inform you that Rita Simpson worked with St. Peter Hospital as registered nurse from July 5, 2010 to June 22, 2011. During her tenure at our organization, she was indiscipline, did not complete duties assigned to her on time and took numerous uninformed leaves.

Even though she has several years of work experience and was recruited at the respectable post of registered nurse, she showed incompetency during work. She was assigned the following responsibilities attending and monitoring the patient's condition, coordinating with other nurse to look after the patients in the ward assigned to her, keeping track of patient's data. There were several errors found in the data maintained by her, which was not acceptable. She was irregular at work and took uninformed leave. The hospital management had to face several crises due to her absence. Even after several warning, we did not see any improvement in her professional work and behavior.

I would not recommend Rita Simpson for any job in the nursing industry, where you need candidate who are true to their professional and respect their work. Thank you for spending your time to go through this letter. I hope that you consider my request.

Sincerely,

[Signature]

David S. Powell
