Cover Letter for Medical Jobs (Nursing)
Letter of Recommendation
John Smith,
National Hospital,
257, Park Avenue South,
New York, NY 12345-6789.
Date: 1st May, 2005.
To whomsoever it may concern:
Richard worked under my supervision as a nursing assistant from Feb. 01, 1999, until Feb. 29, 2004. His responsibilities included drive to patient homes, care center and group home, assisting with personal care of the patient like bathing, feeding, bed making, mouth care, vital signs and transferring. During the course of his employment, Richard proved himself to be an able employee, a hard worker, and a brilliant care taker.
I was quite impressed by Richard's ability to handle his work on time. His ability to react quickly in emergency situations and communicate effectively with residents is very much appreciable.
Overall, Richard is a very meticulous and able caretaker. I certainly believe he has what it takes to make a wonderful manager someday, and I am sad to see him leave. I strongly recommend Richard for any mid-level nursing position in health care institutions.

John Smith,
