Richard occupied the desk next to my cabin, and we collaborated on several emergency projects together. I am pleased to say that Richard is an excellent team player, a sincere and hardworking individual, and an ideal coworker.
Richard always did more than his share of the work on the treatments he was assigned. He often took the initiative to get things started and picked up new tasks efficiently. I was glad to work with him, since the management always praised the treatments we worked together. Richard was nice to everybody at the office, and just about everyone seemed to like him.
I highly recommend Richard for whatever position he may decide to take up next. He is the type of employee that anyone would be happy to work with. I wish him all the best in his future endeavors.
