Cover Letter for Call Center
Letter of Recommendation
Mr. John Smith,
National Call Center,
257, Park Avenue South,
New York, NY 12345-6789.
Date: 1st May, 2005.
To whomsoever it may concern:
Richard worked under my supervision as a
customer care representative from Feb. 01, 1999, until Feb. 29, 2004. His responsibilities included contacting previous clients,
process new customer enrollments, updating customer information and scheduling appointments for sales representatives, in addition to some clerical duties. During the course of his employment, Richard proved himself to be an able employee, a hard
worker, and a brilliant customer care executive.
I was quite impressed by Richard's ability to complete all
the calls assigned to him on time. His processing was always thorough and comprehensive, and his fact checking always accurate. We sometimes allow our
call executives to do some supervision work, but Richard' talents prompted us to assign him more pieces than
normal. His record keeping is clear, concise, and evocative.
Overall, Richard is a very meticulous and able employee. I certainly believe he has what it takes to make a wonderful
PRO someday, and I am sad to see him leave. I strongly recommend Richard for any mid-level
customer care position in investment and banking consultancies.
Regards,
John Smith,
Accounts Manager,
National Call Center. |
