Sample Advertising Writer Cover Letter

An Advertising Writer Cover Letter must be an extremely impressive document that is sent along with your resume when applying for the post of an advertising writer. Advertising writers write copy in the form of advertisements. They work closely with other members of an advertising team to create catchy advertisements.

Advertising Copywriters also write advertisements for new products, catalogs, online campaigns, and for services. They coordinate their work with the production, media, design, and the sales department.

Even though, a resume is a formal document, you can at least go creative when it comes to your cover letter (this is valid only for certain fields like arts and entertainment). Even if you are an amateur, not having much experience in advertising, the way you are advertising yourself in your resume and cover letter will give your employer a good idea about your work. You can experiment in this field when composing your cover letter, as this is a field where creativity is rewarded and you do not have to be a straight-faced formal.

Here are a few cover letter samples for your reference. You can always put your creative ideas to work and make your own cover letter.
