Acknowledging a job offer cover letter is usually written in reciprocation to the offer placed by the employer. It is written when a candidate requires more time to take a decision in lieu of the many offers he/she might be receiving or is awaiting for. The letter is written to inform the employer that the candidate is in receipt of their job offer letter. The letter should clearly mention the time by which the candidate would be in a position to take a decision. This time frame should be in consideration with the time limit or deadline provided by the employer.
